The Chorus has been in existence since 1990 from an initial beginning as the "Royal Mailers" reflecting its postal origins to the current name which is synonymous with North-East Scotland's Silver City. It is the only male Barbershop Chorus in the North of Scotland and we are members of the British Association of Barbershop Singers (BABS). The chorus is made up of over 40 guys who like to sing, and gather to enjoy producing the unique, unaccompanied 4-part sound known as Barbershop Close Harmony.
